After Leiven’s father died, he spent a year unable to shed a tear at his loss. The pressure of the expectations and responsibilities he felt he had to meet and his beliefs about how he had to carry himself left no room for him to feel. Leiven’s inner journey began with deep work leading to a full-hearted, loving, liberating embrace of all of the grief, pain, anger, and shame that had been buried deep within for a lifetime.
Since that moment, his life journey has been to meet his greatest challenges and dive into his darkest shadows with clarity, openness, and self-compassion to unfold and bring to light richer understandings of himself and the world and how he can be of deepest impact and service. In walking this path, Leiven is able to see you with the same clarity and compassion and allow you to let go of conditioned beliefs and internal obstacles that limit your understanding of yourself and constrict your engagement with the world.
In addition to sharing practices and understandings for enriching and deepening your experience of life, Leiven creates a safe space for you to fully and clearly examine what challenges you may be facing and supports you in opening gateways to cogent insights and actions that lead your way through them.

Leiven offers 1-on-1 guidance and consultation to support you on your journey of self-exploration and discovery and in meeting life’s challenges. Throughout his youth, Leiven trained under his uncle, Grand Master Victor Cheng. Passionately dedicated to his own growth, he has since incorporated into his personal practice and toolset an expansive array of teachings and practices including meditation, energy work, emotional freedom technique, authentic movement, functional patterns, pilates, and qigong. He is certified as a yoga instructor, as a practitioner for both neurolinguistic programming and cognitive behavioral therapy, and as a life coach.
This offering is founded on the understanding that we are at a tipping point in our collective human existence and with the way that humanity has predominantly engaged with the world. The currently-pervasive ways of separation and the commodification of nearly everything, from the earth to relationships and even to our own internal experiences of life. Many are beginning to awaken to the reality of the interbeingness and inherent worth of all things as well as to the understanding that the uncertainties of what we experience in life are most compellingly answered by how we expand our capacities to embrace and experience it.
Embodying this transformation in the way we each individually understand and engage with the world is essential to the possibility for humanity as a whole to manifest this paradigm shift. The intention of this free session is for Leiven to fully be in service to you and to offer you the support, insight, and guidance you are seeking. The call will generally be at least 30 minutes but can extend up to 1 hour or more if needed. If your experience in this session resonates deeply for you and you feel called to engage Leiven’s ongoing support, the possibility for doing so can be explored at the end of your session.
Because Leiven’s service as a guide is tailored to most impactfully meet each individual, your unique situation and course will determine the exchange for his service and the length of time you will journey together. While that can be from six months to a year or more, Leiven is fully committed to structuring his service to meet the needs of everyone who is committed to their personal growth and transformation and in alignment for him to serve.
